M & M care Nursing

Private care at home

At M & M Care, we understand that sometimes individuals need extra support and reassurance, especially when family members or primary caregivers are unavailable. Our Sit-In Service offers peace of mind by providing a compassionate and attentive presence for those who require temporary companionship and assistance.

What is Sit-In Service?

Our Sit-In Service involves one of our trained caregivers being present in the client’s home for a specified period, offering companionship, supervision, and assistance as needed. Whether it’s for a few hours during the day or overnight, our caregivers are there to provide comfort and support, allowing family members to rest easy knowing their loved one is in good hands.

Our Sit-In Service Includes:

  1. Companionship: Our caregivers offer friendly companionship and engage clients in conversation, activities, or simply being there for company.

  2. Supervision: We provide supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of the client, offering assistance with mobility, medication reminders, and monitoring of vital signs if necessary.

  3. Assistance with Daily Tasks: Our caregivers can assist with light household chores, meal preparation, and personal care tasks as needed, providing support while respecting the client’s independence and dignity.

  4. Peace of Mind: Family members can have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is not alone and is receiving attentive care and support in their absence.

02

The Local Authority will decided how much money will be spent to support your needs. You will organise how your support is carried out and the Local Authority arranges this for you.

03

The local council decides and arranges support after having discussed with you

The council will decide how much money can be spent on your support. You ask the council to choose and arrange the support that it thinks is right for you.

04

A mixture of options 1, 2 and 3

This option lets you pick the parts you want to decide about and the parts you would like to leave to the local council.
