Job description

We are currently looking to recruit Community Support Workers to work within the local area this role is Monday to Friday providing companionship to clients

Must Have own Car

As part of our Care team at MM Support your main duties will include:

• Delivering high standards of care to clients in their own homes
• Meeting the care needs of service users in a person centered approach
• Working within Health & Social Care Standards in line with company policies
• Ensuring the protection, wellbeing and safety of clients
• Ensuring effective written and oral communication

The Person:

• No Previous experience needed as full training will be given
• To work as part of a team or independently
• Knowledge of the Health & Social Care Standards
• Reliable, passionate & trustworthy
• Access to their own transport
• Must have full UK driving license
• Access to a Smartphone
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Flexible to work within multiple environments
• Must be willing to register with the SSSC
• Must be flexible and willing to cover shifts at short notice.

You will be expected to engage in meaningful activities with clients in their own homes, take clients out to shops and to help clients engage in activities within their houses, there will be some element of personal care involved. you will visit the same clients on the same days at the same times for a minimal of 2 hours at a time.
